How to Convert a Word document into a JPG (Windows)

  1. Open up your saved document in Word.

With this word to jpg conversion, two processes are required. First you will need to convert word to pdf and then convert pdf to jpg. It might sound complicated but it only takes a matter of minutes and is very simple.

  1. Open up in Word the document that you need.
  2. Go to File > Save As > Format > PDF and click Save.
  3. Open up the Preview programme, installed on Macs and found on the dock or in applications, and File > Open to select your newly saved PDF file.
  4. Once you have this up on your screen, go to File > Save As and select the format to be JPEG from the dropdown menu.
  5. Rename and locate your new file then click Save.
